Hi, I’m Kyra, a passionate photographer based in Toowoomba, Queensland. I’ve been captivated by photography since I was just 7 years old, always behind the lens, capturing everything around me. That early love for photography has allowed me to do what I truly love: helping people preserve and celebrate their unique moments through stunning, timeless images.

Originally from Melbourne, I moved to Toowoomba in 2016, but my love for capturing life’s moments hasn’t changed. Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of photographing a wide variety of subjects — from portraits and special occasions, to landscapes and events. Whether it’s a special family gathering, a milestone, or a simple moment of everyday beauty, I’m here to help bring your vision to life.

Photography, to me, is about more than just taking pictures — it’s about freezing a moment in time. It’s about capturing the emotions, the details, and the energy of the scene, so those moments can be cherished and shared with others for years to come. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing how photos can bring joy, reconnect loved ones, and help us relive memories.

Outside of photography, I have a passion for travel — I’ve visited over 20 countries, with Germany being my favourite. The chance to experience different cultures, traditions, and perspectives is something I hold close to my heart. I’m also a lifelong cricket enthusiast and have been playing the sport since I was 11. In fact, cricket and travel are what brought my wife and I together. We first met in Sri Lanka when we were 16, married when we were 23 - and now we share our adventures with our beautiful little girl.

My approach to photography is simple: I want to create images that reflect the true essence of the people, places, and events I capture.
